Strawberry French Toast

Ingredients

6  cups  strawberries

Your favorite French toast recipe

Powdered sugar

Method

Wash, pat dry and hull berries.

Place 5 cups of berries in a blender.  Blend until smooth

Slice the other cup and put aside.

If desired place blended berries in small sauce pan and heat on low heat.

 

Prepare french toast. Top with strawberry sauce, Sift powderd sugar on top.Top with sliced berries.
