Ring Ring……Here comes The Red Bicycle and it’s owner Mario Forzan! He brings 3 types of fresh salsa to the market every week – mild red salsa, salsa verde and a smoky chipotle salsa. Some weeks you will also find ceviche and fresh made guacamole that is oh so good with his homemade chips or at home with a tasty carnitas taco. Mario loves chatting up our customers and always has a smile or a joke or two to share! Margaritas not included :) During the off season you can find his fine salsas at New Seasons Markets.
