Resources for a Healthy Lifestyle

One of the missions of our market is to provide education and inspiration for growing, preparing and eating healthy foods.

Each week at the market we have a Healthy Living Booth offering demonstrations about cooking food from the market, how to grow tomatoes, why to buy local, and more!

Recipes are available weekly in the market and posted on this site under Resources-Market Cookbook.
