Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 TBL cane sugar
1 TBL pickling spice
1 TBL Kosher Salt
1/2 # firm apples, sliced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBL honey
4 cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Place apples in a container. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Allow liquid to cool completely. Pour strained liquid over apples. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
