Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup rice vinegar
1 bunch fresh dill
1 head garlic , peeled

Directions:
Place green beans in a heat proof container . Bring all other ingredients to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Pour liquid through a strainer over beans. Refrigerate uncovered until completely cooled. Cover, keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
